Chloe is my inspiration for All Patched Up Quilts. I wanted to make her a quilt she could treasure forever and pass down for generations to come. I feel that every baby deserves this… Every quilt I make is with the same amount of love and care I used for Chloe’s quilt. I put a lot of time and thought into making you a product you will cherish forever.

Payment

I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.



Shipping

-Items are carefully wrapped and shipped in a flat rate box via USPS priority mail.
-All items are shipped within 2 working days of your payment clearing.
-Shipping within the United States typically takes 2-7 working days.
-There will be signature confirmation needed to receive the package to confirm accurate delivery.
-I will get delivery confirmation notifications that provide the date, time, and location of the delivery or delivery attempt.

If the item you purchased is meant as a gift:
-I can ship directly to the gift recipient instead of you (the buyer) if you wish.
-The item can be gift wrapped in any specific way we agree on. Feel free to contact me with your wishes. I can have your item gift wrapped depending on your occasion, style, etc. I can also tuck in a personal note or whatever else you would like. I am very flexible here and want to make sure you are satisfied with your special occasion purchase!


Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your item please let me know within 48 hours. It is my goal to provide you with an amazing product you will be happy with. Contact me to discuss your options and the best way to resolve any issues before you leave feedback.
