Yields 1 large smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 c. skim milk
1 1/2 c. frozen berries (I used cherries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
2 Tbsp. cocoa
sugar substitute or sugar to taste (I used 2 tsps.)
1/2 c. oats
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together. Serve!
