They are perfectly seasoned and crispy! Yum!
Serves 2-3
1½ lbs. Idaho Potatoes
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. vegeta
salt to taste
Directions:
- Peel and wash the potatoes. Pat dry.
- Cut fries 1/4" thick. Try to have them all the same size for even cooking.
- In a medium bowl combine fries, oil, and all of the seasonings except salt.
- Lay in a single layer on a greased sheet pan lined with foil.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn fries over. Bake for 15 more minutes.
- Salt to taste as soon as they get out of the oven.
