Blackened Tilapia

Serves 2


4 small tilapia filets
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. vegeta
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder


1. Defrost tilapia. Pat dry with paper towels.

2. Season the tilapia with all of the seasonings.

3. Heat a large skillet on high. Add oil.

4. Saute fish 3-4 minutes on each side.
