Chocolate Berry Smoothie

I was craving chocolate... so I ate this instead! I think this would be a great breakfast smoothie as well. You could add a scoop of protein too!

Yields 1 large smoothie.


1 c. skim milk
1 1/2 c. frozen berries (I used cherries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
2 Tbsp. cocoa
sugar substitute or sugar to taste (I used 2 tsps.)
1/2 c. oats


Blend all ingredients together. Serve!
